Primer ICT

Children learn at their fastest rate when they are young. We have a fun programme of activities which teach the basics of many areas of ICT up to and including GCSE level work depending on the ability of the child.

Groups are small and all children within the group will be of a similar ability. With state-of-the-art computers and industry standard applications that they will use at home and at school, the Primer ICT course can really benefit your child.

For our youngest students, we have Baby & Toddler classes designed to help teach shape and letter recognition and develop motor skills. These last no longer than one hour and involve a variety of activities each week - some involving the comptuer.

Primer courses for older children will teach all the skills required to help them succeed in GCSE ICT or A Level Computing. These are rolling courses that continue on a termly basis until a child is ready to move onto a course leading to a qualification.

• One 2 hour lesson each week
